DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery in Lithuania

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • LPExpress parcel lockers – €3.50 (1-2 business days)
  • Venipak parcel lockers – €3.90 (1-2 business days)
  • Omniva parcel lockers – €3.90 (1-2 business days)
  • Venipak courier (home delivery) – €4.90 (1-2 business days)

2. Free pickup at the store

Orders can be picked up for free at the physical store:

Gedimino g. 32, Marijampolė

The order is prepared for pickup within 24 hours of payment receipt.
Once the order is ready, we will inform you via email.

3. International Delivery

  • Registered mail with tracking – €8.99
  • Delivery time: 7–21 business days

For some countries (e.g., Great Britain, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia), delivery may take longer.

The seller is not responsible for shipment delays if they are due to postal or courier services.

4. Order Preparation

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment receipt, unless otherwise stated with the product (e.g., pre-order).

5. Delivery Times

The stated delivery times are approximate and may change due to:

  • a larger volume of orders (e.g., during festive periods)
  • the operations of courier or postal services
  • unforeseen circumstances

The seller is not responsible for delays if they are not due to the seller's fault.

6. Receipt of Shipment

The buyer must:

  • provide correct delivery details
  • collect the shipment from the parcel locker or courier on time

If the shipment is not collected and returned to the seller, repeat shipping will be paid for by the buyer.

7. Digital Product Delivery

Purchased digital products (PDFs) are delivered immediately after payment.

The buyer receives an email with a download link.
